Production process

1.Before extruding, the wood need to be crush into sawdust, and easy to following carbonized

2.And then, sawdust need carbonized by sawdust rotary carbonization furnace

3.After carbonization, the sawdust charcoal need to be crushed into charcoal powder by charcoal crusher, then wood charcoal powder will add adhesive and stirring evenly in a wheel mixer for better extruding

4.Pretreated sawdust charcoal powder will transfer to sawdust charcoal extruding machine, the sawdust charcoal powder is extruding, finished products with high strength and high density.

5.After extruded, they can drying by our air energy heat pump dryer, drying excess moisture is easy to preserve, and last step, our packaging machine can package them easy to sell.
